What Is a Homebuyer Consultation?

Here’s how we go out of our way to help our buyers achieve their goals.

What are homebuyer consultations? For our team, they’re important because they give us a chance to let you know our mission statement and values. Our mission is that we believe everyone deserves a place to live. We also strive to create win-win situations by providing more value and working harder than any team in the area.

We work for you kind of like a hotel. When you come in, there will be a welcoming receptionist and a team of experts with different jobs working to make your experience the best it can be. We also make the agency agreement clear so that you know what you’re getting into when you work with us.

“Our job is to guide you through this complicated process.”

From here, we want to make sure you understand the home-buying process. Are you a first-time buyer? Are you buying an investment property? No matter your situation, you should be informed about your options so you can make the best decisions for you every step of the way.

Do you know what your agent should be doing for you? A lot of agencies just try to get you in the door so you can sign their agency agreement, but we want to educate you. Our job is to translate contracts for you and guide you through this complicated process.

What does it cost to hire an agent? It costs nothing for us to have a buyer consultation. If you decide to hire us, 99% of the time, the seller will pay our 3% commission. That means there’s likely no cost for you.

If you have questions about real estate or becoming a homebuyer, please call or email us. We’d love to hear from you!
