Description

The Retired Enlisted Association BH Chapter 29 building has been used for years by this association as a Bingo Hall, Bar with restaurant and meeting room facility as well as by other groups throughout the Rapid City area. The building has also been host to weddings, anniversaries, graduation and private functions. The building has a full kitchen with all of the fixtures as well as a full bar with video lottery room nearby. The current uses can all be considered by a new owner along with repurposing the building into office space, warehouse space with potential loading docks on the south end of the building and other multiple uses. The building has a fully interior sprinkler system, full electric cooling and heating with enclosed units in the building and is in great condition!
